President of Vanuatu Football Congratulate Tafea F.C.

Vanuatu club champion Tafea Football Club that is representing Vanuatu in the O League is toping the table in Pool B. The oceania clubs that are competing in Pool B are Hekari United F.C of PNG, Marist F.C of Solomon Islands, Lautoka F.C of Fiji and Tafea F.C of Vanuatu. This pool is regarded as a group of death.

In a statement made by the President of Vanuatu Football Federation, Mr. Lambert Maltock congratulates Tafea F.C for their good preformance which puts them leading their pool by 7 points. "I wish to congratulate the players and the President of the Port Vila Football
Association (PVFA), Mr. Robert Calvo for their dedication and time which placed the team achieve good results so far", said Mr. Maltock.

Tafea F.C draws with Hekari F.C in Port Vila last year and won a game with Marist F.C in Solomon and also with Lautoka F.C in Fiji to gain the 7 points. Tafea will play their next match with Hekari in Papua New Guinia on the 13th of February 2010.
