South Korean club FC Seoul have denied they have completed a deal for
Sydney FC defender Simon Colosimo.
The 31-year old left Australia on Sunday morning to reportedly take up
a short-term contract with the capital club but officials have since
said that no deal has been done.
Goal.com reported that FC Seoul hierarchy said that the club could not
find time to register Colosimo for a visa before the K-League transfer
deadline closed on Monday.
Colosimo was hoping to continue playing at a high level leading into
the World Cup so he could press for selection for Pim Verbeek's squad.
