Favalli comes off contract in June and this week was mentioned as a potential international signing for Los Angeles Galaxy.
David Beckham's influence has rubbed off on Favalli, 37, who would seriously consider moving to the 'States at the end of this season.

For their part, Milan want to keep hold of the veteran and have opened preliminary discussions about a new 12 month deal.

LA Galaxy captain Landon Donovan says everyone at the club are upset for teammate David Beckham over his Achilles injury.

England ace Becks, 34, was reduced to tears after tearing his Achilles tendon playing for AC Milan on Sunday.

The injury curtailed the midfielder's loan spell in Italy but more importantly ended his hopes of playing in a fourth consecutive World Cup.

And Donovan admits he wasted no time in sending his sympathy to Becks, who underwent surgery in Finland on Tuesday.

The Galaxy skipper, who enjoyed a 10-week loan spell at Everton, said: "First and foremost, we are devastated for David.

"Those of us in the locker room know how much it meant to him to give himself a chance to play in the World Cup."
